‘Penya_Remixed’ opens with Future Bounce signee Lorenzo BITW’s rework of ‘Poco Pelo’, who dives in headfirst - melding the percussive nature of the original track into a club-ready banger.

Next up, Havana based folkloric singer (and founder of the acclaimed groups El Solar Delos Seis and Osain del Monte) Rubén Bulnes takes the reigns of ‘False Prophets’ enlisting Dayron Rodriguez (of El Nino y la Verdad) to contribute the percussion elements, with also Pachi Naranjo producing the recording in Havana.

Danalogue (Comet Is Coming / Soccer96) turns in a wonky, drum machine-driven remix of ‘The Dazzling One’ using broken synth arpeggios, chord stabs and hypnotic vocals to escalate the track into a peak-time dancefloor frenzy.

Village Cuts injects a dose of club bounce into ‘The Lovers’, opting for an Ampiano / Afro-House infused approach, combining a shifting landscape of sound design with layers of deep bass and synth textures.

Last but not least, globetrotting musician & producer El Búho takes to the controls of ‘Trail Of Awó’, adapting the icy elements of early post-garage and dubstep and weaving them together with warm, undeniable grooves into an atmospheric 110bpm journey, harnessing the raw vocal power of the vocals to perfect effect.
